SB Lim-2 (MIG-15UTI) by Konrad22 SB Lim-2 (MIG-15UTI) by Konrad22
This is a polish licensed production of MIG-15 called SB LIM-2. I think this is the only one in flying conditions. This one was restored in 2010. It has got military painting, but now it is a civilian aircraft that is why it has SP_YNZ numer.

Beautiful shot! These old birds definitely have a classy vibe to them, just like old cars. It's cool to see one with Polish markings. Though I noticed a lot of privately owned jets here have Polish markings like MiG-17s and MiG-21Us.

Thanks! A lot of polish old planes were in a quite good shape when they retired, so even now after many years (about 15) there are people interested in buying them. Few days ago an american company bought more than 10 MIG-21s. We had a lot of them and it is easier to buy them in Poland than in Russia.
